  1.       How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?       My music video difficulties and utilizations shows of afro beats. It challenges the shows by not having dynamic shading apparel, African print headwear, and cash or vehicles as props. Rather than wearing lively attire we wore all dark. We likewise didn't wear African print headwear. We needed our video to have a portion of the standards of afro beat music recordings, yet we likewise needed to add our own turn to it. Hey bloggers! Over these past weeks my partner and I have been working on this music video. The song we chose to do with brown skin girl by Beyoncé. We chose to do this song because it shows black women empowerment and it’s a song that we knew already. When trying to construct this project it was a bit easier the first time. The first time we did something like this, was with the commercial project. We were very new to taking videos and editing and trimming the videos. Since this was our second time around we were more used to it. We used iMovie to put the project together and include The background music with the transitions. Instead of it taking us a few hours it took under an hour because we taught ourselves the different parts of the iMovie app. Since the video started off  with 12 different little clips we had to put it all together. Hey bloggers! My friend and I decided that we wanted to start filming our video on November 29, 2020. We were deciding on where we wanted to film. In the end we decided to film at my house. The reason we decided to film in my neighborhood was because of the scenery. My neighborhood has a bunch of tall trees call my legs and our water fountain. Because of this reason we thought it would be cool for us to do it at my neighborhood. When thinking of different scenes to do we realize that both of us were in some of the scenes. At first we were wondering if we could do it all on her own but then realized it would make the video so much better if we both were in some of the scenes. So I thought about some people that lived in my neighborhood that I could ask to help us. Hey bloggers!  My partner and I  just made a music video. In making The video alone was not what I expected. It was a lot harder and took a lot longer than I expected. After we filmed the music video it was time to edit. In editing the videos we had to combined a lot. Since there were 12 different scenes that means it was 12 different short videos. And to make it one music video we had to put all 12 short videos together. The second thing we did is cropped out I needed parts of the videos. For example, if it was too long or unneeded parts at the beginning or ending of the video. The next thing we did was add the background song. The background song is called brown skin girl by Beyoncé. When adding the song to the background we had to make sure that the lyrics were aligned with the correct video.
