Intro blog

Hey bloggers! My name is Tiffanie Badchkam. I'm in 11th grade and I currently attend Fort Lauderdale High School. This means that I am currently 16 years old and my zodiac sign is an Aquarius. My birthday just passed a few days ago and I had a great day. My all time favorite show is Grey's Anatomy. I love that it brings me through an emotional roller coaster. The show is so engaging and the characters are east to get attached to. Although I am born and raised in Florida, my families nationality is Jamaican, so therefore I am Jamaican as well. I have so much pride and love for my culture. Since we are coming to the middle of the third-quarter it is time to start our final task. For this final task I will be working with the same partner from the previous group project. Her name is Misharma. When we worked on the music video together we established that we would work on the next group project together. I’ll also be working with her because I find teaming up with her is very efficient and also entertaining. Also, she’s been one of my close friends since middle school so I have experience with her. This partnership is the reason why all of our blogs will sound so similar. So far, we’re thinking of doing something regarding the thriller/horror genre. We’ve done previous research regarding this genre which will benefit the making of this project.  Although my favorite genre is comedy, horror and thriller seem to be the most liked by the public. I can’t wait to do the final test and see what it looks like in the end.

I started to film on October 31, 2020. While filming this commercial there were some ups and downs. For example, my dad was supposed to help me film two of my scenes but then he had to suddenly go out of town so that couldn’t work. I tried to think of other people that I can asked to help me film. In one of my scenes a required movement and I couldn’t just prop up my phone and move it at the same time while I was the person that was supposed to be in that scene. I asked my mom if she could help me and she said yes. So in filming this blog I have to first plan out everything in my mind and what I was going to do. I thought about the different scenes and the different places that I would want to take each scene. Hey bloggers! My partner and I will be making a music video. We drew out pictures of what we’re gonna do for each scene. This is to keep us organized and do you know what scene is after what. We have decided that we are going to meet up. We feel that if we meet up in person to film this music video, it’ll be executed nicer. In the first scene, we will be showing The actor looking into a mini mirror with a close-up shot. In the second scene there is, The other actor will be looking into the camera. We will be using a canted Dutch angle with a mid shot.In the third scene, this will be us showing our environment around us, this is where our backgrounds will be.In the fourth, it consist of the two actors flipping their hair while walking on walking away, We will be using the tracking shot to film.  Hey bloggers, it’s Tiffanie again. My partner and I have been planning this film. We have been giving each other different ideas on what we should do. We feel like the more creative it is the weather. We were thinking about filming this Saturday. But turns out my partner will still be out of town. Hopefully by the time she gets back will still have a lot of time. Since it’s a long film it will most likely take a lot of time. We might not be able to meet up two days back to back. So we are hoping that one day will be enough although it might take a lot of the day. We have a clear plan in our head on what it should look like but we hope it turns out the way we wanted it to.We are going to try and do really queen transitions and have good backgrounds to make the film look more presentable.
