Title blog
Hey bloggers! This blog is about our titles. We’ll be describing our title design. When making a film title cards are very critical. You have to have your opening and ending credits. We want to have the red font for the names in the credits so it can put emphasis on their importance in making the film be possible to make. Also, we’ll be making the title in bold and in caps so the audience also pays attention to that. The picture below will show you the font examples since they do not show in blogger the same way. The first two bullet points are where the font examples reside. Although, Tiffanie and I didn’t discuss this much we realized it’s importance when we reflected on other films. The title designs is definitely apart of the factors that help the audience determine if a film is worth watching.
• Font: the font used in the credits will be Somethi
• Contrast-color: Will be either gray or white something like this.
• Size: The size of the font for our title will be bold and a reasonable size to show the importance of it.
• Spacing-Leading: We’ll be using two lines of space.
• Tracking: It’ll be double spaced.
• Working title: Our working title is “The Trio.” However, we are still coming up with names. We’re not completely sure that we want to stick with that name.
• The title will enter in as bold font, will be faded when leaving the screen, and will leave in 2-3 seconds.
• We’ll be using red font for the names unless the background of the scene blends with it.
